19 North - Alpharetta

19 North was a wonderful discovery. I enjoyed both dinner and brunch there. The food was excellent, and the kitchen was fully staffed. If you're looking to try something different in Alpharetta, this could be a great choice.

I visited this morning for breakfast and was truly impressed by the quality of their French toast! The chef was exceptionally friendly and personally approached me to take my order, which was a pleasant surprise since I initially expected to just grab something from the buffet. He engaged me in conversation, asking where I was from and sharing his own experiences in the area. The server, named Matin, was attentive and quick to address our needs, regularly refilling our drinks and ensuring we were well taken care of. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Why are there so many 1 star reviews for this place? Here's the deal, 19 North is a restaurant inside of a Marriott. My fellow road warriors know it is rare that you come across a hotel restaurant that isn't horrible. This one is great! I had the fried green tomatoes sandwich and it may have been the best sandwich I have ever had. If you are staying in the hotel and you have had a really long day...head on down to 19 North and have a sandwich and a glass of wine and just chill out. You won't regret it.
