I showed her I wanna pay by TNG ewallet even before she key in my items and then she just main tekan cash and keluarkan resit before I even paid. What the hell is that??? I feel humiliated and embarrassed when I had to run from the long line, to my friend yg jauh just bcs I need cash and can't cancel sbb dah keluar resit. Next time, the cashier, Suziani Binti Zainal (as per receipt), pls ask ur customer first their payment method before actually keluarkan resit. Also, I worked at customer service before, I know you could press refund and made a new receipt if u made a mistake.
The staffs are the worst nightmare for me ever. 2of the staff) First,double charge but not informing. It’s okay if accidentally but I hope they can apologise sincerity but not apathetically :
Food is good. Cheaper than sushi king and quality is still good
In a shopping center (a central) came for their seasonal bonanza (sushi flat price Rm 3.18 dish) lacked some menu items that like on their main website advertising, not good can hectic and packed esp during dinner time, recommend early sushi quality definitely fall over the years and rice is tasty. Parts have also shrunk enormously to reduce costs. Staff are polite enough for my experience and not too slow in food preparation, but at the expense of lower quality food preparation payment methods: cash, credit card, e wallet spend Rm 20 and get a chance to play games on the tablet to win food items
Disappointed with the food. It used to be more beautiful. The salmon and takoyaki are bad. Others are only average. Didn't cost the meal despite so much effort. Hopefully, management will look into the quality of food.
