18 Veggie Cafe - Alor Setar

Nice foods with reasonable price. one of the best in Alor Setar.

Friendly staff. Yummy food but portion is slight small for medium size.

The portion for most items are a bit too small, even for girls. But good for those who don't want strong taste in their food.

Most probably the best place to chill in town, services IS superb. Not to mention the boss is handsome and a live wire.

Having visited this cafe on a number of occasions, I always found the staff to be friendly and engaging but for some reason our orders were never delivered in a timely fashion as one would expect when visiting a cafe. Noticeable that there were more staff on the floor than patrons at times but delivery of food and drink from the time the order is placed to when it is delivered is questionable...... We would wait for coffee for approx 15 minutes which is fine but food was always late. On two occasions we waited over forty five minutes before we decided to do take away's as we had other business to attend to. This was after numerous reminders to staff that we were waiting on food. A nice cafe located in a prime location but very poor customer service.
