It was a birthday lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our food!They're very friendly and helpful.We all had enough food to take home leftovers!

There is no way to cancel an order and no way to communicate with staff. I chose the wrong location when I ordered online, it wasn 't clear which location I was ordering from. When I explained the 40 minute one-way drive to the staff when I arrived, I was told the food was being processed so I still could not cancel and had to wait at the restaurant for the food to be ready. No apology. When I brought up the phone system being set up to go straight to voicemail, the staff member just commented the system is weird. My young kids were very hungry by the time I got home, never going back.

Placed an order online and arrived 30+mins later. When I arrived they hadn 't started my order yet. They did have it completed in 8-10mims but I didn 't even get an apology. After arriving home and opening the food I noticed the meat portions have gotten way smaller. For spending over $15 a meal that 's very up setting. I also got steamed veggies they still feel raw. Extremely disappointed with the food and the service proved. Previous experiences have been great but this was extremely lacking.

The employees take extra care of their customers even if it’s a busy time. They are so kind and considerate. They all work so hard! I went in for some sides and walked out feeling a lift in my mood. The food is always rockin as well!
