I have tried: Scallops, tuna with spring garlic and lamb chops. The best chops, very tender and with a lot of flavor. The tuna with tender garlic did not end up liking me too much. Fuimos a una visita a Almansa y escogimos este lugar porque parecía haber gente de la gente sentada y eso siempre es un signo de buena comida. buena atención, ambiente tranquilo. tiene un menú del día con primero, segundo, bebida y postre. probamos el gazpacho, servido con trozos de verduras y picatos, y luego el codillo, que era exquisito. pastel de postre y flan casero, en la línea del resto de la comida. el precio razonable para la calidad de la comida.

He comido buenos chochinillos, en aranjuez, madrid y por supuesto en la más famosa de Segovia. Pero puedo asegurarte que este que hemos comido amigos y hecho por el gran chef claudio es el mejor que he alimentado en mi vida, bien hecho en su punto y crujiente como debería ser. mi nota, doy un 10 de 10 al restaurante modesto y campechano la caja fuerte para su bien de hacer en la gastronomía. ¡Enhorabuena!
