Taco Bell - Alma

I am the only Customer and 4 people stared at me when I walked in. None of them offered to take my order, I ended up having to place it on the screen myself. When it was ready they placed it on the counter and walked away never speaking to me.

Service was good. Food fell apart before even unwrapping it. If it's going to fall apart they need to start supplying a spoon or a fork.

Not fresh at all. Plus the taco shells are always broken.

People can say what they want, but personally I don't like the self checkout system anywhere!!!! It takes away jobs that people need. Just my opinion!!

We were anxious to try the new chicken crispanada and were greatly disappointed. The size of it did not warrant the cost. It is a take off on Taco Mayo's beef empanada, which costs the same amount but is many times larger and full of meat. The only problem is Taco Mayo only serves it on Fridays and is on the far side of town. This crispanada tasted very much like cheese until we hit the one large piece of chicken in it. Only then was there a chicken flavor. Again, a child size serving for an adult size cost. We will stick to Taco Mayo's empanada. But we do frequent Taco Bell often and usually enjoy it. :
