Pizza Hut - Alma

I consistently experienced terrible service at this restaurant! My delivery never arrived, and despite calling four times to inquire about it, I received no response. After waiting an hour and a half, I went to the store to pick up my order, only to be met with rudeness from the staff! I will never order from this place again. Even a $5 Red Baron frozen pizza from the dollar store would be a better option than this!

This restaurant has some serious health concerns. The staff is not wearing safety gloves while handling raw chicken, which poses a significant risk for salmonella contamination. Additionally, the walk-in cooler, where products are stored, is measuring 15 degrees above the maximum allowed temperature of 41 degrees. The dough also appears to be spoiled and has a yeasty odor.

Service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious

Great pizza. Cooks fairly quickly. Friendly staff. On a few occasions they did not have a delivery driver.

The cinnamon rolls I had were burnt and barely had any icing. It seemed like the employees were in such a rush to leave since it was nearly closing time that they didn’t pay much attention to the quality.
