The Shelby - Allentown

Thanks to Michelle, we had a delicious lunch. Michelle?s recommended her burger (not shown) who was excellent. She was the highlight of our meal. Warm, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The salmon was a bit over cooked and made us wish a little more. The bowl was filled with many different flavors. We chose a scrambled egg and recommend the bowl if you like spices. The restaurant is quite busy because there are not too many possibilities in the area. I'm glad to go back to lunch.

We ate here recently for the first time and were very impressed. The service was great and the food was excellent! We especially liked the short rib that was excellent and also some accompaniments (the sweet relish and the mushroom puree) that we had not before with a short rib, but went perfectly with it. We want to come back!

The chicken and waffles were great, the sweet potato makes the dish. The breakfast chimichanga was also good, I loved the hot peppers. The blueberry waffle and special French toast were not so good. Customer service was fantastic even if they are busy, which was a real plus. I'd probably go back.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted a nice brunch and this place hit the spot! My family wouldn?t stop raving about how good all the food was and we even came back for takeout the next day. The pizza was phenomenal especially the squash pizza it?s like thanksgiving in a pizza so yum! We got the salmon, Philly cheesesteak, fried chicken sandwich, quesadillas and the beet salad and we loved everything! Will definitely be back when we?re in town. We also loved the outdoor seating, it?s a huge sturdy tens that?s heated well. It kept us protected from the strong wind and storm without any issues!

Great for brunch and for groups. The pumpkin ravioli was delicious, but it is was a special for the day. They are also very accommodating and got me a spicy margarita off the menu. Service is amazing. The servers were absolutely the best and very friendly. Will definitely be back!
