Liu House Asian - Allentown

Without a doubt, this is the best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had! The pieces are hearty and cooked to perfection. The pork fried rice is outstanding as well. The Kiss N Fire Roll was absolutely delicious!

I ordered the J32 Shrimp Tempura Roll, but the seaweed was slimy and unappetizing. The J133 Chicken Teriyaki was overwhelmingly garlicky and had a watered-down Teriyaki sauce. Overall, it was a waste of money, and I ended up having to throw it all away.

The kani salad was quite intriguing. I’ve never experienced anything like it before, but it was really delicious.

Soup lo 82. Vegetable Lo Mein was good sushi was ok but Thai red chicken in Red Curry was nothing like red curry. It was full of over cooked veggies under cooked fake chicken in dilute yellowish curry w/o any Thai flav

Everything was good! Sweet and sour C2.Sweet Sour Chicken sauce was definitely more sour than any other Ive ever had, but not necessarily bad.
