Chickie's Pete's-allentown

Our reservation was not honored, the staff was rude, and the customer service was poor. I will never return.

After making what we thought was a reservation thru open table, with a confirmed reservation number, we were told when we arrived at the required time that they do not take reservations on an event night. Why in gods name would they take reservations for an event evening on open table ? We could have went anywhere for dinner on our way to the PPL center. We often go out to eat, but will never be at a Chicky/Pete.

Horrible. They did not honor our reservation. Where rude about it too.

Unfortunately when we arrived the hostess told us that they actually didn't have a reservation for us. She said they didn't take reservations on certain nights. So even tho I made the reservation through OpenTable, they would not honor it and we waited over an hour and a half to eat. Not happy!

I scheduled a reservation, when I arrived the worker outside stated that it was over an hour and a half wait unless you had a reservation. We were relieved since we had a reservation. Once we got to the hostess, she stated that they were not honoring any reservations. We were stuck because it was too late to get a reservation at another restaurant. I was highly disappointed with the customer service.
