Exquisite kitchen. The Tortilla-Rind ratio was noticeable. The shredded salad had a crisp snap. I can't help but think that the tomatoes were cut from the vine on the plot. The best example of authentic Queso I have come to 72 since my trip to Mexico City. If you were happy enough to be within 2 miles of a Taco Bell that we are all, do not hesitate to take into the atmosphere with a fresh Cinnabon.

Drive thru staff chatting among themselves while handing me the food and not even looking in my direction or acknowledging my presence. I understand it’s Taco Bell but if the owner is reading the comments then coach your staff in customer 101 etiquette.

The location at 1606 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 allows me to place a mobile order for drive thru pickup, but upon arrival there is a sign that says pickup mobile orders inside before midnight The location at 380 E Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002 does the same, and I 've seen a few more in the DFW area with these signs.This causes an awkward scenario where I have to park, walk in, ask about the order and mention the sign, and usually wait about 5-10 minutes while they start making the food.However, when I do place an order for in-lobby pickup, I 'll wait for the food is ready for pickup notification before walking inside. Every time, I have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes before the food is actually done as they must 've marked the order as complete to make order times look better in their system.My suggestion to corporate would be to allow locations to opt out of drive thru pickup at certain times which would gray out the drive thru pickup option in the app when checking out.The second suggestion is to provide realistic pickup times for in-lobby pickup so workers aren 't pressured to mark an order as complete before it really is.No workers did anything wrong, it seems to be issues with app and unrealistic metrics set by corporate.

Asked for a iced coffee and they didn't have coffee so they used water as a base, ordered cinnamon delights didn't get those in my order.

Got my order wrong twice in a row after going back again. Young lady at the drive thru window in the evenings is extremely rude. Just terrible
