We had to wait a bit longer than anticipated for our burgers, but this is definitely the best Sonic we've discovered in the McKinney, Fairview, Princeton, and Greenville area. The service for delivery orders is quite disappointing. They often try to avoid fulfilling orders by claiming the items aren't available. Even when you can show them that the items are in stock, they still take a long time to complete the order.

I encountered an African American woman at the restaurant who was very rude and appeared to be upset with everyone. She didn’t engage with anyone, and I believe it would be helpful to address this issue.

At the drive-thru, we were instructed to pull up to the stall. When we picked up our mobile order, we noticed that the cup holder had some liquid in it. When we brought this to the worker's attention, she provided us with a new cup holder but didn't take the dripping one away with her!
