The food is tasty as always, but what impressed me most is the friendly customer service. The manager noticed I was accidentally overcharged and brought it to my attention. Not only did he refund my money but he comped one of my soups as well. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We loved Panera but they discontinued the cream of chicken and wild rice soup in Texas. Let us know when you bring it back.

Weather was rainy, so wanted soup. Ordnete Chicken Noodle Soup with French Bagutte, it was good. Clean tables and warm welcome.

Probably the highest amount of money I've ever spent on high-quality food. $11.59 for a chicken sandwich I found out is the dimensioning of a normal half-sandwich. Asked an employee about sizing and she told me that. I have a biscuit for $2,89 that was hard like a rock. It worked hard to bite into that thing. I was advised that I could heat it up in a microwave to see if it softened her. If you have too much money on small portions and bakery elements that are hard like a skirt, this is the point for you.

Just not what it used to be. No one to take our order so used the kiosk. Dirty tables everywhere. The new chicken sandwich was good, but certainly not worth the high price. I used to be a loyal customer...no more!
