Cicis Pizza - Allen

I never come back to this cicis. You can say the majority of pizza had been omitted for a while; did not taste fresh like other cicis I had. The Alfredo sauce and the ranch were so watered and didn't taste good. Don't come to this place, go to another.

So we came to this location since not many locations are clean and friendly. I ordered some pizzas and they came out amazing!!! The taste and quality was very good. Please see pics The staff was very nice and even gave me extra icing. A lot of places forget about the service and just stick to their ways but I?m glad this location is nice and very accommodating.

I came to this location and I'm actually still sitting here as I submit this review. When we got here all the food on the line was dry and old looking. I asked the young lady with the dark purple hair if there was any fresh pizza coming out and she advised around 5 minutes. I went to my table and decided to go back for pasta. When I looked at the pasta it looked dry and some noodles looked cooked and others did not. I asked if there was fresh pasta coming out and the young lady with the purple hair replied saying it all looks the same. I then asked again if there was fresh pasta coming out and she said no not until all the current batch was gone. I went back to my table. A minute or so later I see another employee with blonde hair discarding all the old pizza. I walked over assuming it was ready. She looked and Apologized and said fresh was coming soon. I stood waiting and the young lady with the purple hair asked if she could help me with something and I advised I was waiting for fresh pizza. She rolled her eyes and then asked the lady behind me if she needed help. She was very rude and had terrible customer service. Her entire demeanor said she didn't want to be at work. Not to mention the food was not all that good . Even the fresh was super super greasy. The wings were disgusting. I tried lemon pepper. The texture was not good and the sauce was nasty. The noodles that my friend tried were half and overcooked noodles all mixed together.

I think this place has room for improvement, and I really hope it improves. I understand budget dining and because of the low prices, more people can afford to eat out here. But...you can work on improving food quality in any case. The pizza was cold and super thin and one kind I got had no sauce (maybe someone requested that one? the ?pasta? available is just noodles and sauce (not much flavor and very salty , not that great. I?d say some initial suggestions for improvements are: more enthusiastic customer service and develop better recipes with better quality ingredients. The next focus could be on the dining experience (utensils/plates/seating area updates . The workers were high schoolers, and they were friendly to us. The manager was very enthusiastic and so that was refreshing since he seemed to be focusing on customer service. For now, I wouldn?t eat here again or suggest it to anyone else until they change some things.

Step in to step out it was a good experience. I noticed that the person checking in made sure to greet people. Just a word does a lot! I have always appreciated places who take a moment to acknowledge you. You pay 6 for food and 2 for drinks and then it?s between you and the food. Starts with salad, followed by pasta then pizza and ends with dessert. Good options spot on: veg supreme Chicken supreme Spinach one Chicken Bacon Pepperoni And any toppings that you like you ask them and they will make it for you. Garlic bread sticks were okay. Cinnamon bread was good Brownie was disappointing but I am okay, not here for a brownie. Verdict: total worth and will come back again.
