Horrible!! Person in the drive thru was horrible! He was rushing us while we placed our order and there was no line. Got an attitude when we told him we had ordered two banana splits. Did not pack our sundaes in a bag, we had to ask for one. Horrible service!

Very clean. Great friendly service. Food very good.

Never had a bad experience until today. Went through drive thru to order an ice cream, decided to add to my order. Guy taking the order was so rude and didnt have patience! Not a good presentation for the restaurant!

Went to the drive through today and the line was very long. Waited and waited and it did not move. Cars started turning around to get out of the line and leave. Still no movement, so I called them inside to let them know they had a problem the drive through line was not moving. After about 10 rings a manager (I assume) answered and was very annoyed. I was very nice, but she could not have been more rude and said if I did not call things would not take as long and I told her I thought someone inside would want to know what was going on in the drive through. She told me I had no idea what was going on inside, and she hung up on me. More people started leaving the line, so I did too. I parked and walked inside to try and place our order and see what was going on. Nothing was going on. It was very slow inside. Just one other party ahead of me in line. No one was in the grocery area. The manager/window person was the problem. Someone else took my order and I was out in 5 minutes. The drive through line had only moved by one car. We will not be going back to this location. They have really gone downhill and they really do not care at all. They need new management without a doubt. Someone hanging up on you is unacceptable.

Had to wait for 10 mints to get a cashier .. otherwise it’s Good place ..
