If you place an order prior to the 10:30 switch from breakfast to lunch but talk to the drive through thing at 10:30 because you are waiting in the drive-through line, they will say that they cannot find your order and cannot get you your food. They told me that it would not charge my card, and that the order would just be canceled. it did charge my card and tookthe points that I used out of the mobile app. When searching on the app, it says the only way to get my money back because I did not get any food would be to call them and of course they do not answer the phone even when I called repeated. so I did not get my order, I was still charged, and I will not be getting my reward points back. Despite the significant staffing shortages, the young second shift employees are trying their best, even if they sometimes seem more interested in their phones than their work.
