Everything we had was good! Preserved egg with avaocado, tofu, tomatoes super refreshing! Eggplant cooked nicely, not mushy and lots of flavor Ribs tastes way better than it looks! Tastes sweet Steamed chicken has bones so be careful when eating but is very light and great with the dipping sauce Service was really nice. One of waitstaff saw that we had a huge mess on our plates and brought us new ones. The dining room gets loud though when there are a lot of people. There are many large round tables for big parties in the center of the room so definitely lively!

So happy I found this place! For those who live in the Foothills region where it's not easy to drive to San Gabriel, this is a great Taiwanese place with a lot of stewed and steamed options which is nice lighter contrast to the usual greasy Cantonese style Chinese food that most places serve. Conveniently located just beyond 99 Ranch Market so you can do grocery shopping before picking up your online order!

I ordered the chicken in wine sauce and shrimp scrambled eggs to go. The orders came with free rice. As soon as I got home, I can tell the rice was not fresh. The two dishes were ok but I was shocked that it would give us leftover rice. We have rice almost every night and we know what are leftover rice like. It is very disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant to serve leftover rice. May be they think it's ok since it is a To-Go order. I wonder if the owner of this restaurant knows or if it is just the manager who thinks it's ok to do that. Very disappointing.
