I had a great experience at this cheese shop! They had a variety of cheeses available, including aged ale, smokey jalapeños, double cream, and horseradish sausage. Although they were described as having different textures, they were all quite soft. The soft cheeses were extremely creamy and would be perfect for many recipes. They were packaged as if they were meant for a cheese board, and I enjoyed trying them with some crackers I bought at the store. The only downside was that they could have had a bit more flavor, especially the horseradish and jalapeño varieties.

The cheeses were incredibly creamy and would work well in many recipes. They were packaged in a way that made them perfect for a cheese board, and I enjoyed them with crackers from the store. My only critique would be that they could potentially add more flavor, especially to the horseradish and jalapeño varieties.
