フィードバックを提供するThe customer service here is terrible. I had to wait a long time because they couldn't access my account for my free smoothie after scanning it. Then, the staff refused to add my own supplement to my drink. I'm a regular at the King-St location, and they always allow me to do that. This location is disappointing and definitely needs new management.
The smoothies and food were great, but some items were sold out, and I only found out after asking why we were taking so long.
I typically get a Mighty Mango with Probiotics before heading to work. It really motivates me to earn enough money for more smoothies. It's great!
I thought I'd write a review to say this place is AWFUL. Managers are very rude for employees and have terrible customer service when problems arise. I worked here summer 2021 and it was such a negative working environment, disregard every day NOT HERE. The manager owners are all Ethiopia, so they talk to each other and it is their word against you. All in all, I would not recommend to come here as you are badly treated and other sites have better smoothies.
On a busy Saturday afternoon, I waited 45 minutes to receive my food. Somehow, my order was forgotten or overlooked. The upside is that the food and smoothies were surprisingly good. I had a Thai chicken wrap and a peanut butter cup. Despite the good food, I won't go back to this location. I have a low tolerance for poor customer service at eateries. The cook was kind and apologetic, but the manager wouldn't even look at us or acknowledge my grievance. What a terrible example of leadership.
