Very clean and comfortable location near the subway. The staff is friendly and helpful. We don't eat sandwiches from anywhere else, everything's great. Your customer service is beyond and beyond what I am used to, so this is a certain plus in addition to their food really good!

I want to express my gratitude to Lisa and her team for their excellent service at Pot Belly. As a loyal customer who orders through Grub Hub, I always get the same dish. When there was a small issue with my order, I called the restaurant and Lisa personally handled it with grace and professionalism. Even though we had never met in person, she recognized me based on my orders, which truly impressed me. Lisa went above and beyond by arranging for my food to be redelivered promptly. Hello everyone; it has been over 10 years since I last visited this hidden gem of a restaurant. I always consider their sandwiches as my top choice, they are truly the best around. Additionally, their in-house chili and meats are amazing. I highly recommend trying their chili sandwich, it's the perfect combination.

I had a good, fast, precise service here for a quick lunch. Thanks for the delicious hot sandwich. The facility looked well maintained and was clean. This location was not busy at noon during the weekday.

We’ve been residents here for years and can safely say these guys have the best sandwiches in the area. My family has sampled sandwiches from other spots but always come back to this Potbelly. The food is delicious, always fresh, clean and well done. We typically customize our orders for dietary reasons and they always get it right every time! Recently I forgot to add a topping to my order and they added it at no cost, no questions asked! Plenty to say about the food but that’s not where the story ends. They keep the space clean and sanitary, and in these challenging COVID times, the staff are always spotting a clean mask, which makes me feel that much more confident ordering from them. It’s plenty reassuring as well to see how they go the extra mile to secure pick-up orders with temper-free seals. But above all, these guys deserve a medal for their customer service! Khalid (the owner/manager? has this gentle demeanor about him, is always accommodating and treats customers like family, and that makes for a great environment that’ll have us coming back again and again. I know he’s part of a fabulous team, but shoutout to one very cheerful and affable Joe, who was our server today, and who made our scrumptious sandwiches! Suffice it to say, I highly recommend this spot!
