I have been going here for many years and I 'm rarely disappointed. When that happens, I speak to the wait staff and they always rectify the situation. I absolutely love the food, the personnel and the prices! Have taken lots of ppl here for their 'first time ' they 've loved it, too! This used to be my favorite local place to go for Italian food but it’s really gone down hill the last year or two. Sandwiches are never very good anymore, with very little inside. Rarely prepared as requested and the kids they have working the register are, well let’s just say very young and inexperienced in customer service. Don't get take out! They tend to lose orders or give your food to someone else (literally 5 of the last 6 times we've tried). If you do somehow get your order, it won't be right. If you have to eat here, eat in or walk in and place an order to go... Then check it before you leave. Service: Takeaway Food: 3 Service: 1
