Laporta's - Alexandria

This place was recommended by a local, and it was perfect! Food was outstanding, great portions, fantastic drinks. Our server, Lauren, went above and beyond to take care of us and give more great recommendations for our visit to the area.

I love coming here, another spot that I have so many wonderful memories from back in the day. A real staple of Old Town Alexandria, today we had two cocktails and burrata salad, absolutely so glad we stumbled back in here after a couple years. Love their pasta, salads, cocktails, desserts, service, always a pleasure to come back here. Lori was our bartender today and she was exemplary, attentive, knowledgable, professional, cannot wait to be back when she works!

Had date night here and loved it. Everything from the food, drinks, service and live music was amazing. This is definitely a place worth visiting. Noise level is a little high w the live music but nothing outrageous. The place is clean and they have free parking in the garage directly behind the restaurant. Great place overall!

We absolutely loved our brunch experience today at Laporta's. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere very comfortable and the service was impeccable. Today's Sunday Brunch featured a tented guitarist that set just the right ambience for the afternoon. Kay had the perfectly done scallops and angel hair pasta and I had the seafood crepe. First time here and they didn?t disappoint. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was so pleasant. Smooth Jazz over the delicious crab cakes. Everyone enjoyed the evening and it was a great pre Father?s Day dinner. Kudos to everyone.
