The owner is a very pleasant and nice woman with long experience. Very warm and cosy. The food is based on local recipes. Fantastic experience. Price are fair for what you get. Good wine list!

We've stopped in Alessandria to visit Zara Home in the center and we were looking for somewhere to grab some food. I saw this little place with a lot of stickers from travel guides on the window. We have 2 little kids, one was sleeping, the owner offered us chairs and pillow to let him sleep, kids are welcome, that's not a given. Very few tables, maybe less than 10, the place is simple, the athmosphere is like you go to someone's apartment. Then came the food: delicious, delicate, balanced tastes, everything is home made, i.e. tortellini and pasta; this takes a lot of time and only high end restaurants can afford it. Wine pairing was great, digestion went smoothly, the cousine is light despite the great taste. this is also not a given. Overall I felt lucky as I've found a family friendly place with sensational food. The bill for the whole family: 1 entry, 2 first courses, 1 meat, 1 salad, 2 desserts, wine, water: 75 Euros. Amazing value. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well (as in 1 Michelin star), with no bells and whistles.

Questa sera ho cenato in questo ristorante. Devo dire che ho mangiato molto bene, piatti squisiti e prezzi nella media. La signora al tavolo era molto gentile ma discreta allo stesso tempo. Eccellente!

Un'ottima cucina con piatti tipici piemontesi. Il servizio è piacevole e i vini sono eccellenti.
