Nice reataurant over the water. Good for dinner. Great portions of beautiful shakes. Not great options, but enough for 2-3 days. Only a restaurant where you can go is worthy. It's not expensive. The staff is nice. Ig: @paulklima1

I thought there was a lack of good food in Cebu until we discovered this gem. The food, service, and atmosphere are highly recommended. Be sure to visit, and consider going during a quieter time so you can sit right by the water.

I also ordered shrimp tempura, which never arrived until we repeatedly inquired about it. In the meantime, my wife, siblings, and cousins received their food while I waited. When I finally got the bill, I noticed that the shrimp tempura charge was added after the initial total, leading me to believe the server may have forgotten to include it in the itemized list. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The photos online do not accurately represent the dining experience at the pier. I asked about plans for renovations, and they confirmed there were none. I strongly advise against wasting your money or time at this establishment. I definitely won't be returning.

I took a ride from Moalboal to this restaurant and really enjoyed it. The fish soup was incredibly fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly, although their English was a bit limited. The restaurant is right by the water, but the view is somewhat obstructed by the walls of the building. I wonder if they used to have a terrace before the storm last year? Nevertheless, I'm really glad I stopped by.
