Bistro 1031 - Aledo

I ordered the hot turkey avocado sandwich but opted for regular sourdough instead of jalapeño. It turned out to be a delicious sandwich, and everyone in my group enjoyed the fries! Everyone was pleased with their meals. The restaurant has a nice, open atmosphere and is very clean. I would definitely come back to eat here again.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. I’d seen many positive reviews on Facebook, but my experience was far from great. I ended up spitting out my cod into my napkin—it was by far the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled extensively throughout the U.S. On a positive note, the server was excellent. However, the drinks were subpar and everything felt overpriced. Would I come back? Absolutely not. I think the only reason people rave about this place is that there aren’t many dining options in this small town. It seems like people consider it better than Sonic, but honestly, I still prefer Sonic. I’d rather drive to Weatherford for a meal in Fort Worth.

I visited this restaurant for the first time to try their new brunch, and I have to say, you probably wouldn’t believe some of the experiences we had during our visit. The food was fairly average, yet overpriced for what was served. I get that food costs have risen recently, but even so, the prices felt excessive for the quality. The service was quite unusual, and I’ll just leave it at that. The building itself is nice, and the location is excellent. With someone who truly understands the restaurant industry at the helm, this place could thrive if managed properly.

Stopped by after a nice Saturday cruise had the short ribs wife had the chicken fried chicken. Food was great very flavorfull, hot, and well seasoned. My server Austin was great friendly over all cool guy. Staff was dope as well yall should definitely come here!

I recently went here an over heard the manger telling a bartender if she ?dressed like a girl and lost weight? she?s make way more tips. As someone who works in the restaurant industry this is definitely not okay to ever tell an employee. Definitely will never return an I suggest y?all don?t either. Imagine what they say about the customers if they can openly talk to employees that way.
