Beautiful hotel. great location on the sea. we were in room 14 a superior room that had 4 windows on the sea. nice. clean and bright with a beautiful bar. after eating the breakfast we were sorry that we did not eat there either! the personal was exceptional, especially the restaurant and the housekeeping. recommend this little jewel.on the suffolk coast.

Beautiful hotel, staff are excellent, I was last booking and the room was beautiful and immaculate, room service and eating very well. I liked it so much that I have booked for another night, from my original room to the last room available for a cancellation, room number one that was just as beautiful, my only handle was the deaf that just lived outside the window of this room, and it was soou noisy. only a small thing, as I have a problem with noise, but it was not enough to distract from the excellent of the hotel as a whole.

Our room, nr. 18, was amazing, beautiful sea view. simply clean. all staff, without exception, were very friendly. the food was amazing, although one night there was only one thing I liked, as there are many fish on the menu and I can't eat it! hopefully we come back. thanks for a few great days.

Always a joy to come here, room 28 is beautiful and big and sea view is fab, how to eat and the beautiful staff.

Lovely seafront aspect. Lots of tables. Nice menu reasonably priced. Very nice staff and great service.
