フィードバックを提供するWhat is going on with the higher prices and smaller portions ...the food was good the service at the drive thru not so much. The only thing said to me was the price....no hello no here is your order no have a nice day.... Bojangles customer service in most stores seriously needs to be addressed by management.
Employees were so friendly. Our fries were so old. The cook made us fresh fries once I asked. After making my drink I realized the fountain is full of mold. We poured our drinks out and drank it without ice. If the fountain is that nasty I?m terrified to know how nasty the kitchen is.
I just want to say props to the man running the register and fulfilling orders. He did a great job making sure everyone got their meal correctly and was dilligent about letting customers know that it may be a little bit of time before they could take down their orders since he was practically a one man crew other than the cooks in the back.
I waited about 20 minutes for a steak biscuit and bo rounds. I usually am not a complainer, but there was only 2 other customers.
Great food and service. All dishes were freshly cooked.
