Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Albuquerque

I've been waiting in the drive-thru for over 45 minutes, and this has happened more than once. If you're looking for something quick, this isn't the place to go. It's ridiculous.

The wait is always quite long at this restaurant. The food is good, but today my order was mistakenly taken twice, which is frustrating given the long wait. It's also my fault for not double-checking my order the second time.

We ordered wraps and shakes, but they had run out of tortillas and plant protein. One bowl had no rice at all, and the other barely had any. They also mixed up both of our sides. On the plus side, the shake was good. From now on, we’ll only be ordering for delivery.

Wow super delicious affordable, extremely tasty meal, incredibly helpful staff and healthy and good for them! Power punch of success to eat my favorite place when I come to albuquerque cannot beat it fast and healthy! where else do you find this special combination? just here! Don't miss it! and it's a place that still knows the definition of excellent customer service!

Been here so many times and it’s always hit or miss. So inconsistent and the wait times are atrocious. Had them repeat my order to me and pay at the window to wait 15 minutes for them to not know what my order was? I get it can be stressful but it’s not rocket science. Hope the owners get more involved and start properly training these workers.
