The second and later attempt was getting worse and worse until we decided not to apply the Hopper. Apart from the pizzas with a soggy soil, the third time I ordered to go, all three pizzas ended in the bin. I called to talk to someone at the spot and she was extremely apologetic, but no real solution was offered. I mean, they're not cheap pizzas that I like to pay, as long as I don't have to hit them in the garbage. After much discussion and expression of dissatisfaction, the manager(? decided to give me 10% discount for the next order or visit. An email sent via the website was not answered (sad! . I saw if I should try it at all. A few weeks later (last week, we went there to eat, have a pint and enjoy ourselves....Ugh! Pizza too hard, live music too loud, service very subpar and the dinner of my son has never been delivered while the rest of our party has already eaten. Unless you just want to drink a place, I would not recommend this place!
Stopped in here in the recommendation of our builder while visiting Albuquerque. Had the MOST PERFECTLY cooked brick oven thin crust pizza EVER. Not a speck of burnt black crust nor burnt taste. Perfect crunchy flakiness. Loved it! And the other ingredients tasted excellent as well. Over 45 beers on tap with broad selection of local breweries. So happy to see that too as a visitor wanting to experience local fare. Friendly and kind service. Bonus was the local music duo playing while we ate.
I give the Hopper 3 stars due to supplies and manager's customer service. Every where I eat or drink, I get Diet Coke. Tonight, I got one glass before they told me they ran out. For dessert, I ordered blueberry cheesecake. They didn't have blueberries, so ordered strawberry cheesecake, which was frozen. Had a hard time even getting the fork into the cheesecake. They basically didn't have anything I wanted. As for customer service, I believe if I make a mistake, my client shouldn't pay because I couldn't fulfill what they ordered. I was fine with paying for the strawberry cheesecake as I was informed they didn't have blueberries, and I still ordered it. However, when you order unlimited soda (free refills), you would expect what you bought. I noticed the charge for the glass of Diet Coke so questioned that they seriously was charging me for something I really didn't get. The waitress asked the manager, and the manager told her to stop charge me because I had the first glass, expecting refills. So, I would give them 3 stars for not having supplies, especially Diet Coke, which is a highly requested soda, and for lack of caring about their customer service, but the waitress was friendly and provided good service.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure about the sidewalk but the entrance to the Hopper is flat so it accommodates a wheelchair
Brittney or however you spell it, is always great. She's a little awkward but it's okay, she brings drinks and food on time. Seems like she knows what she's doing. No complaints for now. Big selection of beer. That's the real reason I go.Food: 5/5
This is a great place to have beer and pizza. We came in a Saturday night and there was a great live band. Watched TV (baseball), eat, drank and listened to the band. Had a fantastic time.
