I wanted pasta with white sauce and shrimp, but he informed me that it would take some time to cook the shrimp, which was fine as I wanted it to go. He then asked if I needed anything else, to which I replied that I’d like the beer and water with lemon right away since we were heading out to the patio. When my beer arrived, it was served in a glass instead of a bottle and wasn’t very cold. Thankfully, the ice-cold water helped. The total came to $35, which felt a bit high, especially since I was charged for the twelve wings despite changing my order. This left me feeling a bit upset, and I decided to leave a smaller tip than usual because of the service and the mix-up. However, once I tried the wings, I was pleasantly surprised and ended up finishing them all—they were really good! We chose to sit outside on the patio since the weather was nice, and the inside was closed anyway. Although I’m not a fan of pigeons, they didn’t bother us too much. We enjoyed a nice view of passing motorcycles and lowriders, and while my pictures turned out blurry, the atmosphere was enjoyable. I haven’t tried the pasta yet, but I’m hopeful it will be tasty. Overall, I would recommend this place for its lively atmosphere.
We met up after a show in the city and were pleasantly surprised. I think my expectations were pretty low going in, so I was thrilled with both the pizza and the calzone we tried. JC’s serves authentic food, and it's definitely worth the trip into the city! The kids also really enjoyed their spaghetti balls and pizza.
The pizza was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Although the salad we ordered wasn't quite to our liking, that's just a matter of personal taste. Overall, everything was fantastic, and the service was impressively quick. Our waiter was outstanding and provided an amazing experience.
Good pizza! our poor server, berto, was also greeted and owner. he saw the only guy at 15:30. our pizza and appetizer came fresh and hot. we have 14 to share between 2 people and had 3 left panes. Beer/Tap selection was great! I would definitely come back here!
Where do I start. I placed an online order around 925 for pick up email stated food would be ready by 955. Walk in at 10 not ready. I get Friday night down town busy no big deal take a seat outside walk back in 1015 the front told me few more minutes there wrapping it up. Go back take a seat outside 1030 rolls by all there front lights go out I try to go back in and the door is locked. Waitress ignores me, my wife and another person waiting for there food so we had to call to allow us back in the store at this point its 1045 just to find out they GAVE my pizza to someone ELSE. I finally got all of our food around 11 pm an hour and half later. I'm sorry I used to be in food industry and it is tough but the manager and the rest of the staff did very little to try to rectify the situation. 2 free cokes and a desert is hardly the correct response to that. I wouldn't say that the staff was rude but I would say that they we're NOT apologetic to the situation nor help full. To bad, I work down here at the city I will definitely not be recommending this place to my colleagues or friends. Food was alright but for the headache my wife and I went through not even close to worth it.
