What has happened here! Arrived seated, no menus,poor service from waiting staff. There's a lot of competition here... The management need to pull thier socks up.. Food presentation ok but cool to cold. Spoke to waiting staff, didn't seem surprised at all!! Offer desert but we refused. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customers will not return when there is plenty of other restaurants available near by...

After reading the review, we went to this restaurant. Sat for over an hour waiting for our food. Clumsy waiters. Really bad food. Rude staff. When we got our main course, three of us were not happy with it. After informing the waiter when they eventually came back to our table to take plates, he merely shrugged at the complaints.

The place was nice and the waiters friendly. We went to eat francesinha and the flavour was really nice, it remembers the francesinhas from Porto. The simplest francesinha cost 8€ without the egg and fries. We really enjoy.

Last night was my second time at this restaurant. The first time was awesome but last night was even better. The service is 5* the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is amazing! It averages around 20€ per person and you get to spend quality time eating quality food with very good portions surrounded by a very pleasant environment. My personal thanks also because they even made me a special dessert : Top notch!
