It’s been several times since I had the opportunity to go to Fauvette, by obsession for cold coffee. This Monday I ate for the first time, the Brunch formula, which was great. Very balanced, very nicely presented, and very satisfying for big eaters! The vegan pancake is very good!! It makes good living in this restaurant, passion gets felt. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere and the decor that go hand in hand make it a very friendly experience, and full of stimulating contrast.
