Starbucks - Albertville

Literally the best Starbucks I've ever dealt with. And I've been to dozens in my years. Super patient, always calm, super nice. No drive through cause it's inside of another location and the order online feature is still in the works, but it'll be up soon im sure. The evening/closing crew are absolute superstars. 11/10 i visit 2-5 times a week.

First of all the place is really well at its upmost maintained clean kiosk, the staff are very friendly, good communication with customers. My drinks are well prepared and to my liking. It does get busy and orders are backed but the staff are calm and make drinks with good quality and out as quickly as possible.

If you order a milk substitute, watch them make it because they might use cow's milk even though you ordered another milk.

The WORSE Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Every time I shop at Food City (bi-weekly), I order a $7 drink from the Starbucks kiosk because of the convenience and I genuinely love their drinks. And every time that I get a drink I end up taking one to two sips of it, handing it off to a family member for a sip to get their opinion, and then trashing it. These employees have absolutely no idea how to correctly make any of the drinks they offer. They desperately need more training! Or another job.. From here on out, I will drive to Guntersville and get a real Starbucks coffee/tea/drink prior to heading to Food City.

My drink was amazing!!!! The workers are so sweet and pay attention to what you want.
