Dunkin' - Albertville

The donuts, breakfast wraps, coffee, and ice cream are all absolutely delicious! If you're unsure about what to drink, I highly recommend trying the iced caramel macchiato!

Who serves someone two orders of hash browns that have been sitting in oil for a while? I really enjoy Dunkin's, but that's just common sense. I'm still going to try to eat them, but it has definitely spoiled my morning and my stomach for the rest of the day.

The venue is tidy and well-maintained. The staff appears very professional as they move around in headsets. It feels more like a coffee shop or an internet café rather than a traditional donut shop. They offer a great selection of coffees and have plenty of tables available. Ice cream is also on the menu; however, don’t anticipate a wide variety of donuts.

Terrible, slow service.. The iced coffee was okay but nothing to write home about. We ordered the 50 count of the munchkins (assorted flavors). We paid and everything was fine, however after waiting at the 2nd window for 3 5 minutes a worker comes and says they only have pumpkin spice flavor.. we didn 't want 50 if the pumpkin spice so I asked the person to just give us regular doughnuts instead. At this point I couldn 't look at the menu so I just asked them what they would be able to do in compensation of not having what I paid for, the person said they could do 4 5 regular sized doughnuts which is what they ended up giving us in a brown paper bag. Afterwards, looking at the menu the 50 count munchkins are the same price as a dozen regular doughnuts. Totally ripped off by this place, and the doughnuts were stale and not desirable. I was happy to see a Dunkin open on sand mountain but definitely won 't be back in the near future...

Love their coffee and yes donuts too but I have to limit myself on the donuts cause they are ohhh so good, but my hips say No mostly! Haha but yes they have great online and instore service
