Baskin-robbins - Albertville

UPDATE... Went to get ice-cream today and guess what... They were OUT of chocolate ice-cream. My husband ordered a hot fudge sundae and guess what... They were out of hot fudge! Sonic wasn't out though! This place still SUCKS! I'm confused? I go to Baskin Robbins to get ice-cream and I order chocolate and they are out. I order five different flavors in which they are out of! Needless to say, I LEFT WITHOUT ICE-CREAM. Every time I go here they are out of ice-cream. The employees are also rude! I went to Jack's down the road, ordered ice-cream and they have ice cream there!!! This Baskin-Robbins location sucks!

I took my family to this restaurant for the first time and it was the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. When we walked in, we were the only customers there and there were about 6 employees standing around doing nothing. Everything was dirty and not wiped down, they had very few popular flavors of ice cream available and most tubs were empty. The staff was very young and rude, acting as if we were an inconvenience for coming in. I would not recommend wasting your time here, it's better to go to Dairy Queen instead. This location definitely needs employees who care about their work, otherwise it won't make it.

I just visited the Albertville, AL location. The lady behind the counter was dipping ice cream without gloves. I asked for a waffle cone and she reached in to the case and grabbed out a waffle cone bare handed. Like down inside the cone. I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves and she said they were out. That is absolutely disgusting and a major health code violation.

Our group stopped there today at 8:25pm for icecream a young male worker hold the front door barely open just to let us know they were not serving anymore. We said we only wanted icecream and could sit outside in their patio table. He said they had already cleaned and would not be able to serve us any icecream. That was kind of rude since we even offered to use the drive thru to order and he just repeated they would not serve it. There was a young lady walking towards the door but he didn't even let her talk to us as his body was in the way and he was holding the front door. Terrible customer service!

Ordered two banana splits. Had no bananas, no hot fudge and only two flavors of ice cream.
