Arby's - Albertville

I've always been a fan of Arby's because it provides options beyond the typical burger and fries. During my 12-hour shifts, I got to know some of the longtime staff when it was locally owned. Upon entering, I was greeted promptly, my order was taken, and it was delivered accurately—which is becoming increasingly rare these days—and quickly as well. The only downside was what we've come to expect: some tables hadn't been wiped down, and the floor could have used a sweep to remove stray fries and bits of paper.

They have improved their service quite a bit! They're also very efficient now.

We ordered food, but everything arrived lukewarm and stale. The wait was excessive, and the quality of the order was disappointing. We ended up spending over $50 on food that wasn’t worth it.

Food was nice and fresh! Staff was super friendly. Only downside was they was mopping, the main walk way, but it’s was 9pm

My daughter ordered the French Dip combo, and they were out of the au jus dip. My boneless wings and curly fries were cold
