Pizzeria La Bifora - ALBENGA

We stopped there for lunch, there was just us and 1 other table even though is mid August. The food was good the children had a pasta dish, both of which were very nice, we had a fritto di pesce, also decent the only negative was the welcome and general attitude of the waitress, who was pretty rude and seemed like we were causing her a problem being there.

Following the reviews on site, i rejected the idea to eat over there. Forced by time quite late) wife and friends, we stop over this place to have a late dinner. I was so negative...till they start to show up, and start to bring food. The waiter was great, follows every request, the food was so fresh and tasty and good. I eat in a lot of places , Italy, Asia, Middle East, etc..this one, i wanted to do this review to make justice for the bad comments. Really good . Really fresh. Keep on like this .

Had a pizza salami. They did not put any oregano or basilisk on it. I asked for some oregano to put onto it. This unfortunately did not help. Left hungry.

Sabato sera, la città vecchia era molto affollata e non avevamo prenotato da nessuna parte. Ci siamo incontrati in questo piccolo locale e abbiamo chiesto se c'era disponibilità (erano le 19:00). Il personale è stato molto gentile e ospitale e ci ha fatto accomodare. Eravamo due adulti e un bambino. L'ambiente era storico, un po' retrò ma pulito. Non posso giudicare la pizza, abbiamo scelto piatti dal menu del ristorante: un primo piatto croccante per mio figlio e due secondi di pesce per noi, tutto molto buono. Le porzioni erano generose e ben bilanciate, e abbiamo concluso con tre dolci deliziosi. Il menu offriva molte scelte per accontentare tutti i gusti e il servizio era veloce. I prezzi erano nella media. Lo consiglio!

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso, facendo un giro dei vicoli di Albenga, ci siamo sentiti come pesci fritti e la scelta non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Un fritto eccezionale, i gamberetti avevano ancora il sapore del mare. Davvero fantastico.
