Waffle House - Albany

This Waffle House is disappointing and unclean. I've been a customer for 20 years, and when I walked in on Monday morning, I saw my regular waitress being fired for no reason. My dining experience at Waffle House has always been enhanced by Mrs. Angie, and now that she's gone, I believe the restaurant will struggle and never succeed again. I want everyone to be aware that they should avoid eating at this Waffle House.

The food was excellent, and the staff was warm and friendly during my visit.

During breakfast hours, the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered a cheese omelet with sautéed mushrooms, accompanied by crispy hash browns and raisin toast. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had requested my hash browns to be crispy, and they were just right—crispy on the outside and steaming hot on the inside, paired with sautéed mushrooms. Delicious! While I was there, I noticed someone else enjoying waffles, which smelled divine as the delicious aroma of cinnamon filled the air. They offered both regular cinnamon and pecan variations. I think I'll definitely return soon to try the waffles!

The service here could use some improvement in terms of timing. When customers call in their orders for pickup, they shouldn't have to wait an additional 7 minutes after arriving.

Cook made a great job on both orders the waitress was wonderful the facility was well cleaned I love the east albany waffle house .
