Olive Garden Albany

We go here quite a bit since it's my 4yo son's favorite restaurant. We had his birthday lunch on this particular visit all the servers sang to him, gave him cake just generally made him feel very special. I used to not care for this place at all but it's grown on me I usually really enjoy my meals.

Hey it's Olive Garden, however this particular one has a bartender named Jashuna. She was absolutely on point. She was waiting 5 tables plus 4 people at the bar. She never stopped moving. This was the best service I've had in a restaurant in years.

I was truly impressed by the service and hospitality provided by Alyssa and her team. After a long journey from LA, it was a relief to enjoy delicious food and the warmth of southern hospitality. As a former server myself, I always found it challenging when guests arrived in the last hour of the night, but Alyssa handled it beautifully, making the entire experience enjoyable. I really miss the South; such exceptional service and manners are hard to find in California.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was delightful, and the wait staff was outstanding—both professional and friendly. The service was commendable, and the food was delicious and served hot. The prices were quite reasonable, too. I especially appreciated how the staff arranged a table away from other customers to ensure the safety and comfort of the special needs members of our family during this pandemic. They helped us celebrate my special needs daughter's birthday, and it truly made her day!

Olive Garden is a hidden gem in Albany, Georgia. In a town where customer service often falls short, Olive Garden stands out as the premier choice for dining excellence. Our waitress, Shon, was absolutely remarkable. Thank you for making my birthday dinner such a fantastic experience—she truly made it special. I don’t think it was just happenstance that we had such great service this time; it’s the second time we’ve visited and received outstanding attention. Again, thank you! The food was also delicious.
