Mcdonald's - Albany

I went through the passage pretty fast. The staff was slightly friendly as I ordered a chicken burger especially to my wishes, but warmed up when we were face to face I smiled was very friendly paying. My food was prepared quickly. It was a little sloppy trying to eat with something Mayo, which brought the tomato to splash the one side of the salad from the other! But I prefer this about a rough, dry bungalow with nothing, so... at least they have me about 4 napkins! I'd come back here if I'm back in the neighborhood.

Why did they reopen this place?! I have never gotten fresh food from here. Every time I come to this location the burgers taste like they’ve been sitting for HOURS and the beef is dark and dry. Fries are always soggy. Just drive over to the McDonald’s on Washington Ave extension because this place is a joke. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Absolutely nasty and the customer service matches. WHY DID THEY SPEND MONEY TO REMODEL AND NOT IMPROVE SERVICE/QUALITY? Make it make sense.

Was very upset i love McDonald's since 1960sand its the 10th time i got terrible food its not like them to do that but inm on ss and now only get to treat myself once in a while it look like they dont care and u use to get a full slice of cheese and it was dry they cook it to long

Went through the drive through. They didn't give me fries out of an order of only 3 items. When I went inside to tell them they forgot my fries, the girl asked to look in my bag because she thought I didn't know what fries looked like. Huh?? The burger was not cooked all the way either. How hard is this to get right?????

This is my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Burnt. I ordered this just now and received it curbside 5 mins ago
