Longhorn Steakhouse - Albany

We enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was great. One of us ordered Steak cooked medium, but it was almost raw in the middle. They took it back a couple of times and then it was over cooked. Our salads were very good as well as everything else.

Told wait time was 30 minutes. Literally got seated in 30 minutes. Drink orders taken promptly. Five steak orders and one chicken tender order came out at the same time and noone had to send food back. Unbelievable..... And the food was hot and absolutely delicious. If you look at my reviews you will see I'm hard on establishments. They earned these 5 stars today.

In the bar had 3 persons in the rest were dirty plates and glasses. no hostess. so they sat at a high table of bartender never speaks or makes eye contact. what I suspect is that manager asks if I helped explain that I have been sitting here for 10 minutes. after fifteen more minutes, I finally went out. these corporate mistholes are good on the way down with **** good and bad service

Yesterday around 5:30 PM we stopped to eat since it did not seem to be packed with cars. Walked in and there was about 10 peoples sitting in the seats waiting to be taken to a table. There were numerous empty tables and I said why are you still sitting here? There are waiting for waiters and waitresses to show up for work? This was the second time this has happened to us. This is also poor management on the higher ups and who they hire. For sure we will go to Tifton from this day forward. Could it be that Albany's pay scale is so low it cost these folks too much to buy gas to come to work or is it just laziness? The low pay scale has been a big problem for years in Albany.

Just left after the hostess sat several groups that came in after us while we were waiting.
