Krystal - Albany

Good food. Customer service was very marginal. The cashier he didn't greet the customers when they entered and/or when they ordered, his tone was nonchalant.

It's still a solid place to eat from back in the day!

Well the food was good but while waiting in the drive thru we were circled by a crackhead like a shark on blood.... Its sad that you can't go to a drive thru in that area with out having to worry about being robbed or harassed in the dark by crackheads who don't take no for an answer. I don't say that to be sarcastic I'm actually talking about geeked up out of there minds zombie crackheads and it's not safe.

Customer service was awesome. Ordered sackful of Krystal, junk yard fries , and chill it was bussing.
