Cocina Vasquez Mexican And Grill

I have been eyeing this restaurant for some time and I am thrilled that I finally got a chance to try it out. I ordered a Cafe con leche (absolutely delicious), chorizo empanada (crispy, cheesy, and delicious. I loved the addition of salad cheese to balance the dish), chorizo con huevos (flavorful chorizo, could have used more eggs but still excellent), and the huevos en salsa verde (good, but a bit too spicy for my taste). The rice and beans were cooked perfectly, and the homemade tortillas that came with each dish were a great touch. The portion sizes were generous and prices were very affordable. The atmosphere was casual with around 7 tables for seating, and the staff was friendly. They also accept credit cards.

My mother always said if the salsa with the chips are good, then they have good food. Let me tell you something about this place the salsa is not a joke especially the green, so if you don't like spicy stay away from the green. The food here is fenomenal for the price and portion and taste was like food in Mexico authentic to the last bite all meat tender. I always come back.

This restaurant serves authentic cuisine made by amazing people. If we lived closer, we would eat here twice a week. 5 stars all around.
