Chipotle Mexican Grill - Albany

Unless you're going in person don't bother, every time I order online (the past three years) they always forget something. I gave them a shot after a long time of not ordering and forgot my chips but not my queso dip... need rain check on employees and management

The portions this particular store gives out is not worth the price. I asked for more rice and the employee gave me 10 extra grains .. literally!! They skimped on everything. Then they want to charge 6.95 for extra meat. That extra meat was three extra pieces. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING YOUR MONEY'S WORTH!!

They?re lovely workers, I guess, but I count 8 workers at rush hour right now and their mobile pickup is always about 15min late. And the orders are never racked at mobile pickup. Don?t mark my order as ready if it?s not ready. I hate to leave a snarky review, but this is the 4th time in like three months.

This place is really not bad. My only issue is that chicken used to be my favorite chipotle meat. But they burn their chicken here. When you walk in you can see they're leaving the chicken on a burnt grill with tons of black burnt stuff all over the place. They clearly dont clean their grill well enough if at all. The chicken has an acrid burnt taste. Idk whos the head chef there but that is really unprofessional.

Horrific this place around the corner from a massive medical center closes an hour early. Leaving the line completely unstacked grill completely cleaned a full 45 minutes from closing. Leaving me to never again spend my 45 bucks again and spread the word all the way around albany Med. The kitchen manager a role which I held with chipotle in the pat was horrific when I confronted her. I have pictures of the entire line broken down and the grill cleaned an hour early with a line to the door of guests who have no options
