フィードバックを提供するThe food tasted just as expected but Managment need to have a training session. We travel all over the USA and by far the service here was one of the worst. There is no excuse for the slow turnaround. 40 minute wait and we were in line. Once we ordered it still took 10 minutes to move though the zipper to get to the front of the line. I've never seen Chic fil A have a location with this bad of service. This was t our first time here. The time before it was still a 20+ minute wait to get our food
They refused to let my daughter use the bathroom while we were waiting on our food. They said she could walk to McDonald’s for a bathroom even though I explained she was in a tight.
I frequent this location. I mean a lot. The last two experiences here have been awful. Less than a week ago they ran out of buns (yes. It shocked me too). Today, ordered a WARM spicy grilled Cobb salad, no tomatoes or egg. This was how he brought my salad. With everything I said not to put on it and COLD. He said “That’s what they told me to tell you. The kitchen is closed. This was after waiting 20 minutes. This is far by the worst chick fil a experience so have had. I got my refund and left. I NEVER left chik fil a and went to another restaurant. Tried to call in to speak with manager to resolved, no one answered.
Streamlined ordering, excellent customer service, delicious food. Recommend x100.
Their food always tastes fresh and good. I will still go if there is a very long drive through line because i know that it's going to go fast...10 minutes tops.
