The Rubi Slipper Llc - Alamosa

I get the privilege of going to Alamosa twice a month but I am not normally there in time to eat out. After talking to a few of the locals the ruby slipper came up with every person. I decided to try it. Every meal is made separately and with fresh ingredient in an area about the size of a kitchen table. When you go make sure you save room for dessert.

This place is FANTASTIC! We have tried something new every single time and it's all delicious! Our favorites so far...mound of shrooms and everything...
