Ihop - Alamogordo

This place has gone down. I took my son to IHOP after his baseball game and we sat there for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. I called to the back for assistance but was ignored as the server and cook were to busy having a conversation. Than we were told to wait till she delivered an order to a table. After that we had been there for over 20 minutes and the server told us she is not sitting anymore tables as the close in 22 minutes. That is not the way you should do business. I have been having horrible experiences lately with IHOP. If it was not for my son loving this place I would not waste my time.

Really slow. Went twice since it has gluten-free breakfast options, and both times it was a half-hour wait after ordering. Both times the place was only half full.Once the food arrived, it was good though; no issues other than the long wait.

Firstly, the waitress was dirty, she didn't pay attention to what you asked for the food, it was like if it had already been cooked for days and they only heated it up when I asked for my bill, she gave me the wrong answer, totally disappointed

This place is woefully understaffed. Abysmal service. The place was 3/4 empty yet it took 10 minutes to get seated. When sat, it was another 8 minutes before anyone approached my table to take my order. Food was just okay. MUCH different (worse) experience than when I last visited about a year ago. It looks like the Alamogordo IHOP is now off my places to visit

Pancakes, crepes and omelettes were all cold. Took our waiter 4 trips to finally get all of our order to us. Asked for hot sauce and refills which were never delivered. Poor service and poor food overall. Worst IHOP I've ever been to. And why have TVs and not have them on, especially while March Madness is going on!
