The service is consistently slow, and my order is often incorrect. The staff seems to be more focused on goofing around than attending to customers when they arrive.

The bun was dry, and the burger was lukewarm; the cheese didn’t even melt. Additionally, I ordered it with everything, but there was no onion on it.

I recently returned home from Nashville, and my granddaughter and I always enjoy visiting DQ when I'm back. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed this time. They usually make the best mint Oreo Blizzards, but there was no mint flavor, and the cookie pieces were so finely crushed that it had a gritty texture. In the end, I ended up tossing it in their trash can before leaving. I’ll give it another shot in November.
