Non do molti punti, ma in questo caso ci sono. Sto parlando di un ristorante tipico con cucina di montagna situato nel bellissimo villaggio di Pedemonte di alagna: in una bella serata estiva è piacevole fare qualche passo per raggiungere questo posto. Piatti molto ben eseguiti (nel nostro caso bignè con fondue, tagliatelle con mirtilli con ragù di cervo bianco, filetto di maiale cotto in fieno e salsa di senape, hamburger di ceci) e bella carta da vino con prevalenza del Piemonte settentrionale. Servizio attento.
