Panera Bread - Alabaster

I waited 15 minutes to place an order while two people ahead of me took another 15 minutes for a half sandwich and a cold soup. Both meals ended up costing $43.00, which I definitely don't think is worth it. I’ll choose another place next time, especially since the soup tasted like it came from a box and is only worth $1.00, especially with a McDonald's nearby.

The dining experience is consistently excellent, regardless of how busy the restaurant gets. My only complaint, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the staff tends to clean the tables after guests are seated. While they are attentive and quick to clean, I would prefer if the tables were cleaned before I arrived. It's a minor issue since they do clean promptly, but it ultimately detracts from the experience enough to warrant that missing star.

It shouldn't have taken so long to get just a soup and some bread, especially when the restaurant was nearly empty. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to find the soup bowl was only half full.

Best customer service! eating is great! I always look forward to eating here. who runs this location does it right.

It's always pretty busy every time I come and I see why. They get you in and out fairly quickly and their food is always good. The staff are friendly and care about getting your food.
